客人从我这下了两个高柜的电视，一个柜装14寸的，还有个柜装29寸的，原来跟工厂确定的装货数量是一个柜可以装1048台14寸的，220台29寸的，结果工厂那边由于包装材料的问题，使得装不了这么多数量，没办法之下，工厂那边只好混装，结果还是出现了短装，短装112台，现在的情况是这样：每个柜各装了110台29寸电视和468台14寸电视，通知客人后他说不能这样做，这样做他提货会遇到麻烦。
以下是他的邮件。My partner just called me and he told me that you CAN NOT mix containers with defferant TV. becouse each container has a custom and inspection number and all the number can NOT be changed now.
It is VERY IMPORTANT, the only way we can fetch these two container is to apply for new papers from custom, so if you can issue the B/L for a differant date and the stamp on the B/L will show a date I will let you know soon about it.
The case is this, we have to get new paper work and shipping techecaly shoud be after the approval of the paper, for this case we need the stamp and the date on B/L to be changed and we will let you know the date after we get the new papers.
If it is OK , if NOT you need to stop the shippment and reload.
Please let me know ASAP so we can apply for new papers. I will need new invoice from factory to show what is in each container.
船公司也是家比较麻烦的船公司，现在提单还没签出来，不知道他们同意不同意照我们的要求来出提单，上次让他们倒签提单他们都不愿意的，要是退回来我们损失就大了。大家帮帮忙，看看我该怎么办。
[回复1]：当务之急是你的货柜装上船已经离开口岸了没有，如果没有赶紧撤下来。不然到了目的地港口也不能凭原来客户申请的a custom and inspection number来清关！这个不是可以通过
修改提单达到不混装并且符合原来客户申请的海关检验号码时提供的数据。
原来设想：1个柜子：1048台14寸
1个柜子：220台29寸
共：1268台
现在实际每个柜子混装运：
110台29寸+468台14寸=578台X2个货柜=总数1165台
现在提单还没签出来，但是货物已经装柜了，你怎么能改提单变混装为按照客户要求，一个柜子单独装14寸，一个柜子单独装29寸？
客户的电子邮件已经说了：CAN NOT mix containers with defferant TV 不能混装，becouse each container has a custom and inspection number 因为每个货柜已经申请了海
关检验号码，客户接着建议你停止船运，等到他们申请了新的海关检验号码后在安排船运，而且必须另外安排装柜，每个柜只能装一种尺寸的电视。如果你们可以安排，请立即通知买方他还需要新发票来知晓每个货柜的实际装量。
